What areas do you cover?
Our agents are based in various parts of London, which means we can usually be on the scene within 30 minutes of receiving instructions. We also have nationwide coverage of enforcement agents throughout England and Wales.
How quickly can you attend?
We can have a team of professional enforcement agents within one hour to attend and take possession of your land or property. On standard instructions we attend within 24 hours.
Do I need a possession order before an eviction?
Most properties require a possession order before eviction. However, our team are able to mediate and negotiate a solution between both parties, which can avoid the need to go that far.
How long will it take to get possession?
Depending on each case, we will send you an email confirming how long it will take to get possession of your property, so you can plan with certainty.
How many visits will be made?
We will conduct two visits and, if we feel that further visits are required, we will inform you before they take place.
Are your agents certificated?
Yes. All of our enforcement agents are certificated via the County Court and the High Court.
Can you help with unpaid commercial rent?

Can you recover a property occupied by squatters?
Yes. We take back possession lawfully, with certificated agents and High Court enforcement where the case requires it, and we can supervise the collection of belongings afterwards.
Do you provide security as well as enforcement?
We do. Mobile patrol, uniformed guarding, K9 dog units and event security are all available, and they can be combined with an enforcement instruction.
What does it cost?
Costs depend on the instruction and the number of attendances. We agree the cost with you in writing before we attend, so there are no surprises.
